摘要
二噁烷对人体具有一定的伤害,因此减少产品中二噁烷是日化行业中的一个重要课题。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中残留的游离环氧乙烷会导致下游磺化产品中二噁烷的生成。文章采用旋蒸法脱除脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的游离环氧乙烷,通过单因素实验、正交设计等方法优化得到了最佳的工艺条件。实验结果表明,在真空度0.10 MPa,时间4 h,温度35℃条件下,游离环氧乙烷的效果最好,脱除率可达99.78%。
Dioxane is harmful to human body,so it is an important topic to reduce the use of dioxane in daily chemical industry.The residual free ethylene oxide in fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether causes the formation of dioxane in downstream sulfonated products.In this paper,the free ethylene oxide in fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether was removed by rotary evaporation.The optimum process conditions were obtained by single factor experiment and orthogonal design.The experimental results show that the best conditions are vacuum degree 0.10 MPa,time 4 h,temperature 35℃,and the removal rate of free ethylene oxide can reach 98.78%.
