摘要
利用《湖南娄底市森林城市建设总体规划》相关材料,对于娄底市森林城市建设的生态、社会、经济效益进行评估,结果显示,娄底市按照总体规划进行科学系统的森林城市建设,能够产生巨大的生态效益、明显的社会效益和一定的经济效益,对城市生态建设起到积极的推进作用。
The ecological,social and economic benefits of Loudi forest city construction are evaluated by using the relevant materials of Hunan Loudi City Master Plan for Forest City Construction.The evaluation results show that Loudi City can enjoy huge ecological benefits,obvious social benefits and certain economic benefits by carrying out scientific and systematic forest city construction according to the master plan,and that active impelling action as to ecological construction of this city can also be obtained.
