摘要
针对国内外显微镜法动物纤维混纺定量分析标准间的差异,为使检测人员准确解读标准,统一操作,选择各标准的主要操作过程和重要参数,采用比较分析法,对光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜的切片准备、直径测量、根数记数以及数据处理等进行比较分析,并对测试结果有影响的参数进行研究,确保了测试标准的一致性,避免了在操作过程和数据计算时,标准之间产生混淆。
The quantitative analysis of animal fiber blends was usually carried out by microscope analysis.In order to understand the standard accurately and operate uniformly,the main operation process and important parameters were selected for comparison.The section preparation,diameter measurement,root count and data processing of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope were compared and analyzed,and the parameters that affect the test results were studied to ensure the consistency of the test standards and avoid the confusion between the standards in the process of operation and data calculation.
