摘要
目的了解北京市海淀区游泳场所水质卫生状况,发现存在的问题,为游泳场所卫生监督管理提供科学依据。方法依照《公共场所卫生检测方法》(GB/T 18204.6-2013)对辖区内112家游泳场所进行采样和检测,按《游泳场所卫生标准》(GB 9667-1996)进行评价。应用SPSS 20.0统计软件,采用χ2检验统计分析数据。结果112家游泳场所总体合格率为42.86%。不合格指标为pH、尿素、游离余氯和浸脚池余氯,其合格率分别为98.12%、72.02%、61.90%和61.61%。三类游泳场所(娱乐健身场所、学校附属设施、宾馆饭店附属设施)合格率分别为37.04%、54.17%和44.12%,总体合格率差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.02,P>0.05)。但是pH(χ2=6.562,P=0.038)、尿素(χ2=6.892,P=0.032)、游离余氯(χ2=7.811,P=0.020)和浸脚池余氯(χ2=12.640,P=0.002)四项指标合格率在三类场所中差异有统计学意义,且均为学校附属设施≥宾馆饭店附属设施>娱乐健身场所。结论海淀区游泳场所水质卫生状况较差,尿素、游离余氯和浸脚池余氯指标不达标是导致水质卫生状况不合格的主要原因。应继续加强游泳场所日常监督管理。
Objective To understand the sanitary status of swimming pool water in Haidian district,find problems and provide scientific evidences for strengthening health supervision.Methods According to the Public Health Inspection Method for Public Places(GB 9667-1996),samples from 112 swimming pool were collected,tested and evaluated according to Sanitary Standards for Swimming Places(GB 9667-1996).SPSS 20.0 andχ2 test were used to analyze the data.Results The overall qualified rate of 112 swimming pools was 42.86%.The qualified rates of water samples in pH,urea,free residual chlorine and residual chlorine in foot soaking pool were 98.12%,72.02%,61.90%and 61.61%respectively.The overall qualified rates of swimming pools were 37.04%,54.17%and 44.12%respectively,and there was no significant difference(χ2=2.02,P>0.05).The qualified rates of pH(χ2=6.562,P=0.038),urea(χ2=6.892,P=0.032),free residual chlorine(χ2=7.811,P=0.020)and residual chlorine in foot soaking pool(χ2=12.640,P=0.002)were statistically significant in hotel,campus and other social swimming pools,and it was campus≥hotel>other social swimming pools.Conclusions The water quality of the swimming pool is still not optimistic in Haidian district.The urea,free residual chlorine and residual chlorine in foot soaking pool were the main unqualified items.It is necessary to strengthen the water quality monitoring and the daily supervision of swimming pools.
