摘要
子项包采购模式以工程子项所包含的设备和材料为整体进行供货,具有专业技术较强和子项成套供货的特点。通过分析海外核电工程子项包采购管理困难,结合采购管理过程经验反馈和良好实践,从供货范围管理、采购进度管理、采购-设计接口管理、物项质量管理和物项包装管理五个方面给出采购管理优化建议。
The procurement mode of sub-package is to supply all equipment and materials included in the sub-package,featuring strong professional technology and package supply.Through analysis of the difficulties in the overseas nuclear power project procurement management process,combining with the experience feedback and good practice,the paper gives suggestions on the optimization of procurement management in five aspects:supply scope management,schedule optimization management,ICM management,quality control management and packaging management.
