摘要
自中国股市正式成立以来,传统的经纪业务在所有证券公司营业收入中占有非常重要的地位。随着低佣金模式的普及,越来越多靠经纪业务发展起来的券商营业收入受到了很大的影响。中信证券作为国内转型比较早的证券公司之一,通过发展自营业务、投行业务、提高营业部地区普及率、多牌照运行和收购国外券商等方式实现自身的转型。但是在发展中也存在没有抓紧"互联网+"形势的浪潮、国外发展滞后、国内券商同质化竞争严重、财富管理业务进入瓶颈期和外资券商的挑战等问题。本文通过研究问题,对中信证券作出立体化的财富管理业务、积极布局海外市场、抓住互联网机遇、进行兼并其他券商和发展创新业务等方式实现转型。
Since the establishment of the Chinese stock market, traditional brokerage business has played a very important role in the operating income of all securities companies. However, with the popularization of the low-commission model, more and more brokerage firms have developed their operating income through the brokerage business.As one of the relatively early domestic securities companies in the transformation, CITIC Securities has achieved its own transformation through investment banking business, increase of the regional penetration rate of the sales department, multi-license operation and acquisition of foreign securities firms to the develop its self-operated business.However, there are also problems in development, such as the wave of not catching up with the Internet+ situation, the lagging development of foreign countries, the serious homogenization of domestic securities firms, the bottleneck period of wealth management business, and the challenges of foreign securities firms.This article believes that CITIC Securities can achieve transformation in a variety of ways, such as building a three-dimensional wealth management business, actively deploying overseas markets, seizing Internet opportunities, merging other securities firms, and developing innovative businesses.
