摘要
液压支架是采煤作业中保证生产安全的关键设备,在出厂前需要按照国家标准进行一系列强度及耐久性考核。应用工程仿真方法模拟考核,可以显著降低研发成本,并缩短研发周期。基于Workbench软件、nCode软件和Miner损伤累加原理,提出符合标准要求的液压支架整机疲劳损伤仿真分析方法,主要包括建模、静力学分析、疲劳耐久性分析、各工况损伤数据叠加、总损伤云图生成等步骤。以顶梁中间加载、底座两端加载工况为例,应用所提出的方法对液压支架进行了整机损伤仿真分析。
Hydraulic support is a key device to ensure production safety in the coal mining operation.A series of strength and durability assessments are required in accordance with national standards before ex-works.The application of engineering simulation method to simulate the assessment can significantly reduce the R&D cost and shorten the R&D cycle.Based on Workbench software,n Code software and Miner damage accumulation principle,a simulation&analytical approach for fatigue damage of the whole hydraulic support that met the requirements of the standard was proposed,which mainly included modeling,statics analysis,fatigue durability analysis,damage data superimposition of various working conditions,and generation of total damage cloud map etc.Taking the condition of loading in the middle of the top beam and at both ends of the base as the example,the proposed method was used to simulate the damage of the whole hydraulic support.
