摘要
轴承外圆磨削过程中,砂轮旋转引起的振动干扰是影响轴承外圆表面质量的关键因素。对此,提出了面向转速优化的轴承外圆磨削振动检测方法。对轴承外圆磨削系统进行动力学建模,在此基础上分析检测方法的原理,并设计了与检测方法相配套的检测系统硬件、软件。应用这一检测方法,通过试验得到轴承外圆磨削时的较优的砂轮转速范围,并通过对比轴承外圆表面质量,验证这一检测方法的有效性。
The vibration interference caused by the rotation of the grinding wheel during the external grinding of the bearing is a key factor affecting the quality of the external surface of the bearing.In this regard,a vibration detection method for the external grinding of the bearing facing towards rotation speed optimization was proposed.The dynamic modeling of the external grinding system of the bearing was carried out.Based on this,the principle of the detection method was analyzed,and the system hardware and software supporting the detection method were designed.By applying this detection method,the optimum speed range of the grinding wheel during the external grinding of the bearing was obtained through experiments,and the external surface quality of the bearing was compared to verify the effectiveness of this detection method.
