摘要
氮元素在钢水中含量过高会导致钢材强度升高,降低钢材的韧性及塑性,严重时会影响钢材的时效性并引发“蓝脆”。本文介绍了炼钢工序增氮及脱氮的机理,并制定了控氮措施,对转炉工序、精炼工序、RH真空处理阶段做出了针对性的调整,钢水氮得到了有效控制。
High content of nitrogen in molten steel will increase the strength of steel,reduce the toughness and plasticity of steel,and seriously affect the aging of steel and cause"blue brittleness".This paper introduces the mechanism of nitrogen increase and nitrogen removal in steelmaking process,and formulates nitrogen control measures.Targeted adjustment has been made to converter process,refining process and RH vacuum treatment stage,and nitrogen in molten steel has been effectively controlled.
