摘要
目的:研究高纯有机硒(硒氰基乙酸钾)在3种不同暴露途径下对大鼠的急性毒性,从而对其进行初步风险评估。方法:对高纯有机硒(RSe-01型)样本进行了急性经口毒性试验、急性经皮毒性试验、急性吸入毒性试验研究。结果:高纯有机硒雌性大鼠经口LD50为108 mg·kg^-1,雄性大鼠经口LD50为147 mg·kg^-1,大鼠经皮LD50≥2000 mg·kg^-1,急性吸入毒性4 h LC50≥2000 mg·m^-3。结论:高纯有机硒对人体的经口毒性为中等毒,经皮和吸入毒性为低毒。
Objective:The acute toxicity of high-purity organic selenium(potassium selenocyanoacetate)to rats under three different exposure pathways was studied,so as to conduct a preliminary risk assessment.Methods:Acute oral toxicity test,acute percutaneous toxicity test and acute inhalation toxicity test were conducted on high-purity organic selenium(RSe-01)samples.Results:The oral LD50 of female rats with high purity organic selenium was 108 mg·kg^−1,the oral LD50 of male rats was 147 mg·kg^−1,the percutaneous LD50 of rats was≥2000 mg·kg^−1,and the acute inhalation toxicity was 4 h LC50≥2000 mg·m^−3.Conclusion:The oral toxicity of high-purity organic selenium is medium,and the percutaneous and inhalation toxicity is low.
