摘要
铝合金在汽车行业应用日趋广泛,但对行业内铝合金的腐蚀检测尚未形成统一规范,也缺乏针对汽车铝合金材料的腐蚀行为分析。以循环交变加速盐雾(CCT)和铜离子乙酸加速盐雾试验(CASS)2种盐雾环境加速6061车用铝合金材料的腐蚀,采用扫描电子显微镜、金相显微镜、电化学测试、力学性能测试等手段,多维度分析了2种盐雾环境下6061铝合金的加速腐蚀行为,探讨了盐雾环境下铝合金材料的腐蚀机理。结果表明:2种盐雾环境下6061铝合金的腐蚀行为相类似,但CASS较CCT周期更短,腐蚀更严重,对铝合金的实验室筛选更有效。
Aluminum alloy has been increasingly applied to automotive industry,but the unity standardization of the corrosion test for aluminum alloy has not been formed with lacking the analysis on the corrosive behavior of aluminum alloy for vehicles.In this work,the accelerated corrosion tests of 6061 aluminum alloy used for vehicles were carried out by cyclic corrosion test(CCT)and copper ion acetate salt spray(CASS)test.The corrosion behavior and mechanism of 6061 aluminum were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),metallurgical microscope,electrochemical test and mechanics test.The accelerated corrosive behavior of 6061 aluminum alloy was researched under the two salt spray fog environments,and the corrosion mechanism of aluminum alloy was further explored.Results showed that the corrosion behavior was similar in both different salt spray environment,but the duration time of CASS was shorter than that of CCT,and its corrosion was worse,which indicated CASS test was more effective in lab choosing on 6061 aluminum alloy materials.
