摘要
六靖番豆腐是广西北流市传统特色美食,深受当地人的喜爱。然而,随着社会现代化进程的加快,番豆腐赖以存在的基础发生了变化,面临着传承的困境。本文基于实证调研以及对番豆腐现状的分析,探讨保护和发展六靖番豆腐饮食文化的意义,并对如何延续和发展这项技艺提出一些建议和设想。
Liujing peanut tofu is a traditional specialty food in Beiliu,Guangxi,which is deeply loved by locals.However,with human modernization development and the impact of many factors,the foundation of peanut tofu has changed,and it is facing the dilemma of inheritance.Based on empirical research and analysis of the current situation,this article explores the significance of protecting and developing Liujing peanut tofu food culture and puts forward some suggestions and ideas on how to continue and develop this skill.
