摘要
认知损害是神经系统的一种退行性改变。糖尿病患者发生认知损害的风险显著增高。近年研究发现糖尿病合并认知损害患者的脑白质疏松症发生率增加,影像学显示的白质高信号体积更大。随着影像学技术的发展,多模态影像学技术广泛用于中枢神经系统疾病的评估,脑白质疏松症可作为糖尿病合并认知损害患者的脑白质病变的预测信号,为疾病早期的识别和诊断提供依据。文中综述糖尿病合并认知损害及脑白质疏松症的病理学、影像学、流行病学特点,以及发病机制、预防、治疗等研究进展。
Cognitive dysfunction is a degenerative change of the nervous system.Patients with diabetes mellitus(DM)have a significantly higher risk of cognitive impairment.In recent years,studies have found that patients with DM and cognitive dysfunction have an increased burden of leukoaraiosis(LA),and white matter hyperintensity(WMH)volume is larger.With the development of imaging technology,multi-modal imaging technology is widely used in the evaluation of central nervous system diseases.LA can be used as a predictive signal of white matter lesions in patient with DM and cognitive dysfunction,providing support for early identification and diagnosis of disease.The findings,pathological characteristics,epidemiological characteristics,pathogenesis,imaging characteristics,prevention and treatment of LA patients with DM and cognitive dysfunction were reviewed.
