Objective To analyze the application effect of multi-dimensional high quality nursing in patients with spinal fracture complicated with spinal cord injury treated by surgery. Methods Ninety-six patients with spinal fracture complicated with spinal cord injury treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were randomly divided into control group(48 cases, routine nursing)and observation group(48 cases,multi-dimensional high quality nursing). The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At discharge, the sensory and motor function scores of the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).At discharge and 6 months after discharge, the SCIM-Ⅲscores of both groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional high quality nursing applied in patients with spinal fracture complicated with spinal cord injury treated by surgery can effectively improve the neurological function of patients, promote the recovery of spinal function, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
