摘要 评估继电保护设备风险程度,对及时发现电力系统的薄弱环节,维持其安全稳定运行具有重要作用。从继电保护动作的基本原理出发,探究线路装置保护不正确动作对系统造成的影响,提出了基于线路保护装置的保护定值风险评估方法。基于继电保护拒动和误动的基本特性,对继电保护不正确动作的概率及造成的相对负荷损失进行定量计算,考虑保护定值的配合关系建立了以单个保护装置为研究对象的保护定值风险评估模型。最后,应用该评估模型对某地区电网线路保护装置进行定值风险评估,验证了所提方法的合理性和可行性,该方法有利于发现继电保护系统的薄弱环节,有助于提升电力系统的安全性和可靠性,研究成果对提升电网安全可靠运行具有指导意义。 Assessing the degree of risk of relay protection equipment plays an important role in timely discovering weak links in the power system and maintaining its safe and stable operation.For this reason,starting from the basic principles of relay protection actions,exploring the impact of improper protection of line devices on the system,this paper proposed a method of risk assessment based on the value of protection of line protection devices.Based on the basic characteristics of relay protection refusal and misoperation,the probability of incorrect operation of the relay protection and the relative load loss caused by it were quantitatively calculated.Considering the cooperation relationship of the protection value,a protection value risk evaluation model with a single protection device as the research object was established.Finally,the evaluation model was used to evaluate the risk of fixed-line power line protection devices in a certain area,which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method.This method is conducive to discovering the weak links of the relay protection system,and it is helpful to improve the safety and reliability of the power system.The research results have guiding significance for improving the safe and reliable operation of the power grid.
