摘要
如何提高喷煤比是攀钢钒高炉冶炼高钛型钒钛磁铁矿所面临的主要问题,本研究通过采用煤粉预热技术,改善高炉喷吹煤粉在风口前的着火、燃烧性能,实现攀钢钒钛高炉高喷煤比的操作。该技术主要利用高炉煤气燃烧放热,经过自循环过热蒸汽发生器产生蒸汽,从而达到预热高炉喷吹煤粉的目的。经过预热处理的煤粉温度从40℃〜60℃提高到130℃以上,冶炼生产主要经济指标得到改善,其中生铁产量上升76.27 t/d、煤比上升5.21 kg/tHM,达到了142.55 kg/tHM,焦比下降8.02 kg/tHM,综合焦比下降3.85 kg/tHM,燃料比下降2.81 kg/tHM,高炉降低燃料消耗效果明显。
In order to solve the problem of hardly increasing the rate of coal injection insmelting of high-titanium-type vanadium-titanium magnetite in the vanadium blast furnace of Panzhihua Iron and Steel,pulverized coal preheating technology was optimized.This technology was applied to burn blast furnace gas,then using self-circulating superheated steam generator to generate steam,so the aim was achieved to preheat the pulverized coal.The temperature of injection of pulverized coal into the furnace can be increased by more than 130°C from 40°C to 60°C,the main economic indicators of smelting production were improved,for example,pig iron output increased by 76.27 t/d,coal ratio increased by 5.21 kg/tHM and reached to 142.55 kg/tHM,coke ratio decreased by 8.02 kg/tHM,and comprehensive coke ratio decreased by 3.85 kg/tHM,the fuel ratio decreased by 2.81 kg/tHM,and the effect of reducing fuel consumption of the blast furnace was obvious.
