摘要
针对某五金加工企业生产废水,采用"预处理+Fenton氧化+混凝沉淀+砂滤"工艺进行处理。工程调试结果表明,出水COD为45 mg/L,SS质量浓度35 mg/L、石油类质量浓度0.3 mg/L,TP质量浓度0.12 mg/L和Zn^(2+)质量浓度0.6 mg/L。项目总投资约为102.7万元,实际运行费用为2.37元/m^3。其出水水质达到"广东省水污染物排放限值(DB44/26-2001)"第二时段一级排放标准要求排放要求。
For the wastewater generated by a metals processing plant,the process of"pretreatment+Fenton oxidation+coagulation sedimentation+sand filtration"process is adopted.The results of engineering commissioning show that the effluent COD concentration is 45 mg/L,the SS concentration is 35 mg/L,the petroleum concentration is 0.3 mg/L,the TP concentration is 0.12 mg/L and the Zn2+concentration is 0.6 mg/L.The total investment of the project is about 1.02 million,and the actual operating cost is 2.37 yuan/m3.The effluent quality meets the requirements of first-level discharge standard for the second period of"Guangdong Province Water Pollutant discharge Limit(DB44/26-2001)".
