摘要 根据传统药丸机数粒系统的计数和控制速度慢、控制系统独立,针对这一问题本文设计一套基于实时工业以太网的控制系统,系统采用EtherCAT通讯,设计为智能从站控制系统,加快数粒机的速度控制及快速检测中成药丸的数量,达到快速灌装的目的;同时通过实时工业以太网将数据准确实时传输到PC主站,主站能够读取数据、状态,并也可根据数粒机使用智能车间环境再次实时监视、控制等,以达到智能车间或工厂的集中统一管理。 According to the traditional pill machine counting and control system is slow and the control system is independent,this paper designs a control system based on real-time industrial Ethernet.The system adopts Ether CAT communication and is designed as an intelligent slave station control system,which can speed up the speed control of the counting machine and quickly detect the quantity of Chinese patent medicine pills,so as to achieve rapid infusion.At the same time,through real-time industrial Ethernet,the data can be accurately and real-time transmitted to the PC master station.The master station can read the data and status,and can also use intelligence according to the computer.The workshop environment is monitored and controlled in real time again,so as to achieve centralized and unified management of intelligent workshop or factory.
