含高渗透率不可控分布式电源微电网频率控制策略 被引量:4

摘要 针对孤岛运行模式下含较高比例不可控分布式电源微电网中惯性响应及一次调频能力不足的问题,考虑负荷、不可控分布式电源的随机性特点,提出了一种风-储-燃频率协调优化控制策略。首先,通过分析含高渗透率不可控分布式电源微电网的功率缺额波动特性,应用离散傅里叶变换(DFT)对系统有功功率缺额进行分解处理;然后,在充分考虑储能荷电状态及充放电寿命的前提下,提出了对系统有功功率缺额DFT的分断点滚动优化方法;最后,可得到满足不同置信度下风电、储能、燃气轮机的最优调频出力方案。实验结果表明,所提策略下通过风-储-燃协调出力配合能够在满足各调频机组出力限制的前提下有效改善高比例不可控分布式电源微电网的频率稳定性问题,并减少常规调频机组的调频压力与配置容量。 Concerning the problems of inertial response and insufficient primary frequency regulation in micro-grid with a high proportion of uncontrollable distributed power power supply under island operation mode,considering the random characteristics of load and uncontrollable distributed power supply,a new frequency coordination optimization control strategy based on wind-storage-fuel was proposed.Firstly,by analyzing the power shortage fluctuation characteristics of micro-grid with high permeability uncontrollable distributed power supply,the active power shortage of system was decomposed by Discrete Fourier Transform(DFT).Then,on the premise of fully considering the storage state of charge and the life of charge and discharge,a rolling optimization method of breaking point based on DFT for the active power shortage of system was proposed.Finally,an optimal frequency modulation output scheme for wind power,energy storage and gas turbines could be obtained under different confidence levels.The experimental results show that,the coordinated output of wind-storage-fuel under the proposed strategy can effectively improve the frequency stability of the micro-grid with a high proportion of uncontrollable distributed power supply under the premise of meeting the output constraints of each frequencymodulated unit,and reduce the frequency regulation pressure and capacity allocation of conventional frequency regulation units.
