摘要
本研究探讨将一种科学的群体决策方法(名义群体法,NGT)运用于临床教学实践。通过一场"基于NGT方法的考试题目和评分表设计"的工作坊,探索并验证一种能够针对不同层次、不同目的、不同类型的临床技能考核使用的评价制定方法。分析认为,运用NGT决策设计的评分标准具有较好的一致性,可以进一步完善实践教学评价体系。
This study explores the application of a scientific group decision making method(Nominal Group Method,NGT)to clinical teaching practice.Through a workshop on"NGT-based test questions and score sheet design",the study explored and validated a method that can be used for different levels,different purposes,and different types of clinical skills assessment.The analysis believes that the use of NGT decision-making designed score sheet has a good consistency,which can further improve the practical teaching evaluation system.
