摘要
本文主要介绍了CO变换装置工艺冷凝液汽提系统在生产运行过程中管线阀门、换热器、含氨凝液泵存在的腐蚀问题,就针对此问题做出了原因分析、工艺调整、管道设备材质的更换等技改措施,实施后取得了良好的经济效益,保证了系统的长周期安全稳定运行。
This paper describes in detail the corrosion problems of the pipeline valves,heat exchangers and ammonia containing condensate pumps in the production and operation of CO shift condensate stripping unit,and makes technical improvement measures such as cause analysis,process adjustment,replacement of pipeline equipment materials,etc.After implementation,good economic benefits are achieved,safe and stable operation of the system is ensured.
