两相流喷嘴雾化空间粒径分布研究 被引量:3

Study on the spatial particle size distribution of two-phase flow atomizer

摘要 喷嘴雾化作为一项重要的实用技术,在众多工业领域得以广泛应用,但目前人们在雾化方面仍然存在着诸多的问题,雾化质量的评价便是其中之一。针对喷嘴雾化空间的液滴分布进行深入的研究,分别对喷嘴雾化的轴向和径向对雾化空间的液滴分布状况予以理论建模与分析,提出了基于雾化空间雾化液滴测量的雾化均匀性判据。同时,搭建了相应的实验平台,在喷嘴雾化的轴向方向,利用激光径向投射和轴向高速摄像仪技术,获取了不同截面的雾化液滴空间分布状况,最终通过实验测试与分析,获取了整个雾化空间轴向和径向的液滴分布状况。实验结果表明,文中所提方法为描述雾化液滴在空间中的分布提供了科学的技术和理论支撑。 As an important practical technology,nozzle atomization is widely used in many industrial fields,but there are still many problems in atomization,and the evaluation of atomization quality is one of them.The droplet distribution in the atomized space of the nozzle is studied in depth.The axial and radial distribution of the droplets in the atomized space of the nozzle are theoretically modeled and analyzed.Atomization uniformity criterion for droplet measurement.At the same time,a corresponding experimental platform was set up.In the axial direction of the nozzle atomization,the laser radial projection and the axial high-speed camera technology were used to obtain the spatial distribution of atomized droplets with different cross sections.The axial and radial droplet distribution of the entire atomization space was obtained.The experimental results show that the method proposed in the article provides scientific technical and theoretical support for describing the distribution of atomized droplets in space.
