摘要
针对西非ZD原油饱和烷烃含量高且碳链长的特点,采用长碳链醇合成了丙烯酸酯,并将其与乙酸乙烯酯、苯乙烯、马来酸酐进行四元共聚得到降凝剂,对合成的JC2降凝剂进行了表征和性能评价,并通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微镜(POM)等手段探讨了其降凝机理。结果表明,加量为2000 mg·L-1时,JC2降凝剂使ZD原油凝点降低8℃;JC2降凝剂较EVA、T801等常规降凝剂能更好地改善ZD原油的流变性能。
In view of the characteristics of high content of saturated alkane and long carbon chain of ZD crude oil in West Africa,we first synthesized acrylate using long-chain alcohol,and then obtained a pour point depressant through the quaternary copolymerization of acrylate,vinyl acetate,styrene,and maleic anhydride.Moreover,we characterized the structure and evaluated the performance of the pour point depressant JC2.Furthermore,we investigated the mechanism of pour point depression by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and polarizing microscope(POM).The results show that when the dosage is 2000 mg·L-1,the freezing point of ZD crude oil is reduced by 8℃by the pour point depressant JC2.Compared with conventional pour point depressants,such as EVA and T801,the pour point depressant JC2 can better improve the rheological properties of ZD crude oil.
