海洋平台导管架水下检测无人化研究 被引量:1

摘要 海洋平台导管架依据规范要求,在寿期内需定期进行结构健康检查与评定。文章针对传统的“人工潜水+ROV”的作业模式,提出无人化作业模式,并基于CXB导管架平台进行不同类别检验检测的无人化试验和效果分析。研究表明,在结构状况观察、裂纹和疲劳检测、海底状况观察、损伤原因分析、腐蚀防护系统检查等领域,无人化作业模式效果良好,大幅降低作业成本和风险,缩短作业周期。 According to the code requirements,the structural health inspection and assessment of offshore platform jacket should be carried out regularly during its service life.Aiming at the traditional"artificial diving+ROV"operation mode,this paper puts forward the unmanned operation mode,and carries out the unmanned test and effect analysis based on CXB jacket platform.The research shows that in the fields of structural condition observation,crack and fatigue detection,seabed condition observation,damage cause analysis,corrosion protection system inspection and other fields,the effect of unmanned operation mode is good.And the unmanned operation mode greatly reduces the operation cost and risk,and shortens the operation cycle.
