摘要
文章就新升应用型本科院校的大学英语教学团队的6位中青年教师进行深度访谈,探究教师教学质量评价对于教师专业身份认同感的影响,并对教学质量评价提出几点建议,以期增强教师职业尊严,价值感与使命感,进而实现“立德树人”的教育教学目标。
This paper conducts in-depth interviews with six young and middle-aged teachers from the College English teaching team of newly upgraded application-oriented universities to explore the influence of teachers'teaching quality evaluation on teachers'professional identity,and put forward some suggestions on teaching quality evaluation,so as to enhance teachers'professional dignity,sense of value and sense of mission,and then realize to strengthen morality.
