摘要
综述了热浸镀铝锌合金镀层技术的发展现状,介绍了铝锌熔池锌渣的分类、组成、形成原因,重点介绍了高铝含量的铝锌熔池底渣形成机制、研究进展,并探讨了熔池锌渣工业控制技术的发展趋势。
The technical development and present situation of the continuous hot dip galvanizing of aluminum-zinc alloys were summarized in the paper. The classification,composition and formation of zinc slags in different Al-Zn molten bath were introduced. The paper specifically focused on the formation of bottom dross in aluminum zinc molten bath with higher aluminum content and the corresponding study progress.Moreover,the development tendency of industrial control technology for zinc slag in molten bath was further discussed.
