摘要
本文介绍了在铝电解槽中加入氟锆酸钾原位生产铝锆合金的研究分析与工业实践,并相应调整电解工艺技术条件,使电解生产过程受到的影响降到最低程度,生产的铝锆合金应用于各种型号的内燃机活塞,完全满足了活塞机械性能的要求,同时大幅度降低了铝锆合金制造成本,产生了巨大的经济效益,并且具有相当的推广价值。
This paper introduces the research,analysis and industrial practice of in-situ production of aluminum zirconium alloy by adding potassium fluorozirconate into aluminum reduction cell,and adjusts the technical conditions of electrolysis process accordingly,so as to minimize the influence on the electrolytic production process.The aluminum zirconium alloy produced can be applied to various types of internal combustion engine pistons,fully meeting the requirements of piston mechanical properties,and greatly reducing the impact on the production process The manufacturing cost of aluminum zirconium alloy has produced huge economic benefits and has considerable promotion value.
