微贮笋壳对湖羊生长性能、肉品质及血液生理生化指标的影响 被引量:19

Effects of Microbial Stored Bamboo Shoot Shell on Growth Performance,Meat Quality and Blood Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Hu Sheep

摘要 试验旨在研究微贮笋壳替代花生秧对湖羊生长性能、肉品质、血清生化指标和血常规的影响。选取2月龄、体重(12.41±0.21)kg的健康公湖羊18只,随机分为3组,每组6只。对照组以花生秧为粗料(占比60%),试验组分别以微贮笋壳和花生秧(各占30%)、微贮笋壳(占比60%)为粗料,预试期10d,正试期60 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,微贮笋壳部分替代花生秧对湖羊日增重、耗料增重比以及生理生化指标无显著影响,而微贮笋壳完全替代花生秧能提高湖羊平均日增重(P<0.05)、降低耗料增重比(P<0.05),有降低血清胆固醇含量(P=0.065)和血糖含量(P=0.092)的趋势,不影响肝肾功能以及其他血清生化和血常规指标。综上所述,微贮笋壳替代花生秧能提高湖羊生长性能,有降低血清胆固醇和血糖的作用,不影响湖羊健康状况。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of microbial stored bamboo shoot(MSBS)shell instead of peanut seedlings(PS)on growth performance,meat quality,serum biochemical indexes and blood routine of Hu sheep.Eighteen healthy male Hu sheep aged 2 months old and(12.41±0.21)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 sheep in each group.The control group was treated with peanut seedlings as forage(60%),and two experimental groups were treated with MSBS and PS(30%and 30%respectively)and with MSBS(60%),respectively,as forage.The pre-test period was 10 days,and the formal period was 60 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,MSBS partially replacing PS had no significant effects on average daily gain,feed conversion ratio and physiological and biochemical indexes(P>0.05),and Hu sheep fed with MSBS instead of all PS had more average daily gain(P<0.05),less ratio of feed consumption to body weight gain(P<0.05),and lower contents of serum cholesterol(P=0.065)and blood glucose(P=0.092),with the liver and kidney functions,and serum biochemical and blood routine indexes not affected(P>0.05).In conclusion,the MSBS instead of PS can improve the growth performance of Hu sheep,reduce serum cholesterol and blood glucose,and do not affect the health of Hu sheep.
