摘要
脱硫废水零排放一直存在投资费用高、加药量大、运行成本高的问题。本文介绍了一种新型脱硫废水零排放技术,该技术在预处理单元保留了废水中的镁离子,并在蒸发结晶单元以副产品镁盐形式析出。根据试验结果和实际运行分析,该技术可大幅降低去除镁盐等所需投加的大量药剂,并节省投资费用,蒸发结晶产生的冷凝水可回用于电厂。该技术对于镁含量高的脱硫废水零排放,具有较好的现实指导意义。
Zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater has always been a problem of high investment cost,large dosage and high operation cost.In this article,a new zero discharge technology of desulphurization wastewater is introduced,which retains magnesium ions in pretreatment unit and precipitates them out in the form of by-product magnesium salt in evaporative crystallization unit.According to the test results and practical operation analysis,this technology can greatly reduce the amount of chemicals needed to remove magnesium salt and save investment costs;and the condensate from evaporative crystallization can be reused in power plants.This technology has a good practical guiding significance for zero discharge of desulfuriza⁃tion wastewater with high magnesium content.
