摘要
建立了顶空-气相色谱法测定盐酸丁卡因中4种残留溶剂含量的测定。采用DB-624毛细管色谱柱,FID检测器,二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为溶剂。4种残留溶剂甲苯、苯、丙酮和乙醇均能完全分离,在一定的线性浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(R2>0.999),平均回收率为93.1%~103.3%;相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.1%~4.9%(n=9)。该方法的专属性强,灵敏度高和准确性好,可用于盐酸丁卡因中4种溶剂残留量的测定。
The method for the determination of 4 residual solvents in tetracaine hydrochloride by headspace – gas chromatography was developed.DB-624 capillary column was used,with FID as detector,and Dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) as the solvent.The 4 kinds of residual solvents(methylbenzene,benzene,acetone,and ethyl alcohol) were completely separated.The linear relationship is good within a certain linear concentration range(R^2>0.999),and the average recovery was 93.1%~ 103.3%;and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 2.1% ~ 4.9%(n = 9).The method has strong specificity,high sensitivity and good accuracy,which can be used for the determination of4 residual solvent residues in tetracaine hydrochloride.
