摘要
为解决某1 100t/h贫煤锅炉运行中锅炉热效率低、NOx超标排放等问题,进行改烧烟煤的综合技术改造。通过对制粉系统、燃烧系统及吹灰系统的配套改造,改烧烟煤后,315 MW工况下锅炉热效率提高了1.03%,改造效果明显,以期为同类型锅炉的优化改造提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of low thermal efficiency and excessive NO x emissions in the operation of a 1100 t/h lean coal boiler,a comprehensive technical transformation of bituminous coal was carried out.Through the supporting transformation of the pulverizing system,combustion system and soot blowing system,after the conversion of bituminous coal,the thermal efficiency of the boiler was increased by 1.03%under the condition of 315 MW,and the transformation effect was obvious.It is expected to provide a reference for the optimization and transformation of the same type of boiler.
