摘要
对脑卒中病人口腔健康的影响因素、管理现状、评估和干预措施等内容进行综述,指出应建立多学科合作团队,运用可靠的评估工具准确评估口腔状况,并制定和实施最佳的综合性口腔护理循证实践方案,以促进脑卒中病人的口腔健康。
It reviewed the influencing factors,management situation,assessment and intervention of oral health in stroke patients.And it proposed that a multidisciplinary team should be established,reliable assessment tools should be used to accurately assess the oral condition,and the best comprehensive oral care evidence-based practice plan should be formulated and implemented to promote the oral health of stroke patients.
