摘要
在芳纶染色前处理中采用退浆酶处理芳纶纤维,研究退浆酶在间位芳纶前处理中的应用并且优化出最佳工艺。以传统氢氧化钠处理工艺作对比,研究不同处理工艺对芳纶织物染色性能及织物物理性能的影响。结果表明:退浆酶前处理工艺处理芳纶织物的最佳工艺是:浴比1:50,渗透剂1g/L,退浆酶2.5 g/L,氯化钠1 g/L,处理温度60℃,处理时间60min。芳纶织物前处理中,退浆酶前处理工艺对芳纶织物的处理效果优于氢氧化钠处理工艺,对芳纶织物的损伤较小。
In the pretreatment of aramid dyeing,desizing enzyme was used to treat aramid fiber,the application of desizing enzyme in meta-aramid pretreatment was studied and the best process was optimized.Compared with the traditional sodium hydroxide treatment process,the effects of different treatment processes on the dyeing performance and physical properties of the aramid fabric were studied.The results showed that the best process for desizing enzyme pretreatment process to treat aramid fabric was:bath ratio 1∶50,penetrant 1g/L,desizing enzyme 2.5 g/L,sodium chloride 1 g/L,treatment temperature 60℃,treatment time 60min.In the pretreatment of aramid fabrics,the desizing enzyme pretreatment process was better than the sodium hydroxide treatment process in the treatment of aramid fabrics,and the damage to the aramid fabrics was relatively small.
