摘要
本文在分析国内地震系统应急视频会议建设、组网和应用的基础上,根据云南地震应急视频会议部署现状,提出日常、演练和应急3种视频会议组网模式,并在2018年8月13日、14日2次通海5.0级地震和2018年9月8日墨江5.9级地震应急视频会议组网中进行检验,检验结果表明,该系统符合云南省实际情况。
Based on the analysis of the construction,networking and application of emergency video conferencing in domestic seismic systems,this paper proposes three video conferencing networking modes for daily,drill and emergency according to the current situation of Yunnan emergency video conferencing deployment.On May 13 and 14,2018,the two 5.0-magnitude earthquakes in Tonghai and the August 9,2018 Mojiang 5.9 earthquake emergency video conference network were verified and tested.
