摘要
为了实现特钢棒材端面的序列码标识,提出了一种以直角坐标机器人与点阵喷码仪相结合的方法,经过论证,确定了系统的组成、工作原理和标定方法,组建了直角坐标喷码试验装置。实验结果表明,直角坐标机器人承载喷码仪喷头进行轨迹运动,能够实现静态特钢棒材端面的字符喷印工作,喷码效果良好。
In order to realize the serial code identification of special steel bar end face,a method combining Cartesian coordinate robot with dot matrix code spraying instrument is proposed.After demonstration,the composition,working principle and calibration method of the system are determined,and the rectangular coordinate spray code test device is established.The experimental results show that the Cartesian coordinate robot carries on the trajectory movement of the nozzle of the code spraying instrument,which can realize the character printing on the end face of the static special steel bar,and the code spraying effect is good.
