摘要
目的探讨白虎汤加减联合西药治疗对接触性过敏性皮炎(ACD)患者细胞免疫功能及EB病毒(EBV)抗体水平的影响。方法选择2018年5月—2020年3月收治90例ACD患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(45例)与对照组(45例)。对照组采用地塞米松乳膏联合地氯雷他定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用白虎汤加减治疗,2组均连续治疗4周。比较2组患者治疗前与治疗4周后细胞免疫功能及EBV抗体水平,同时比较2组患者不良反应发生情况。结果治疗4周后,2组患者外周血淋巴细胞CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+比例较治疗前均较高,且观察组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者EBV抗体水平较治疗前均较低,且观察组患者更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P=0.459)。结论ACD患者采用白虎汤加减联合西药治疗有助于改善细胞免疫功能,降低EBV抗体水平,安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of Baihu decoction combined with western medicine on cellular immune function and antibody level of EB virus(EBV)in patients with contact allergic dermatitis(ACD).Methods 90 ACD patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45)from May 2018 to March 2020.The control group was treated with dexamethasone cream combined with desloratadine,and the observation group was treated with Baihu decoction on the basis of the control group.Comparison of pre-treatment and post-treatment cells between two groups'immune function and EBV antibody levels,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was carried out.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the proportion of peripheral blood lymphocyte CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the two groups was higher than before treatment,those of the observation group was higher,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The level of EBV antibody in the two groups was lower than before treatment,the patients in the observation group were lower,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not significant(P=0.459).Conclusion Baihu decoction combined with western medicine for ACD patients is helpful to improve cellular immune function,can reduce the level of EBV antibody,and has high safety.
