摘要 目的分析探讨铜离子电化学疗法治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法给予2017年10月至2019年10月新乡市第二人民医院收治的90例混合痔患者铜离子电化学疗法治疗,观察治疗前后患者痔压变化、临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果治疗1周后,经肛门镜及肛门指诊检查发现,高痔压及中等痔压患者的痔压均下降至低痔压,低痔压患者的痔压均恢复至无痔压;90例患者中痊愈83例(92.2%)、显效7例(7.8%),总有效率达100%。所有患者均无大出血、水肿、局部感染、发热、疼痛加剧、失禁和排便困难等并发症出现,虽有排尿困难症状,但经热敷、口服坦洛新或导尿治疗后症状消失。结论铜离子电化学疗法治疗混合痔,在彻底清除混合痔病灶的同时,可最大程度保留肛门解剖结构和生理功能,疗效显著,安全性较高。 Objective To analyze the curative effect of copper ion electrochemical therapy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Ninety patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted into Xinxiang Second People’s Hospital between October 2017 and October 2019 were treated with the cooper ion electrochemical therapy,the changes of hemorrhoid pressure before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and complications were observed.Results After one week of treatment,according to the results of anoscope and digital rectal examination,the hemorrhoid pressure of patients previously with high and moderate hemorrhoid pressure reduced to the low level,and the hemorrhoid pressure of patients previously with low hemorrhoid pressure returned to the normal level.Of the 90 patients,83 were cured(92.2%),7 showed treatment effectiveness(7.8%),and the total effective rate was 100%.In all the patients,no complications were observed including massive hemorrhage,edema,local infection,fever,severe pain,incontinence,bowel problems and etc.Though some patients had urination difficulty,the symptom disappeared after hot compress,oral administration of Tamsulosin,or urethral catheterization.Conclusion In the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,the copper ion electrochemical therapy not only can remove the focus completely,and also can maximally retain the anatomical structure and physiological functions of anus,presenting high safety and good curative effect.
