摘要
近年来,“灰色区域”理论受到美国战略界关注。进入21世纪,以美国为首的西方战略界对美国在全球尤其是东亚、欧洲和中东地区的一系列战略较量失败和霸权衰落产生了严重焦虑。从这一理论出发,美国战略界认为中国对美国发动了连续的“灰色区域”攻势,不断“挑战”美国在世界尤其是亚太地区的主导地位。对此,美国政府以受害者的身份对中国发出了清晰的较量信号,并采取了一系列反制措施。本质上看,“灰色区域”理论是美国全球战略思想的又一次危险创新,将对中美关系的长远发展和国际社会的持久和平与稳定产生巨大危害。
The importance of gray zone theory has been emphasized in recent years.The reason for the emphasis is that in the 21st century Western strategists led by the United States have serious anxiety over a series of strategic competitive failures and hegemonic declines,especially in East Asia,Europe and the Middle East.From the perspective of gray zone theory,the U.S.strategists hold the opinion that China has launched many gray zone offensives against the United States and has continuously challenged America s leading position in the world successfully,especially in the Asia-Pacific region.Therefore,the U.S.government,as a victim,sends a clear signal to China and adopts a series of countermeasures.
