摘要
为了解决多物理量实验装置有线传输信号干扰大、无法实现网络远程监控的问题,基于ZigBee和LabVIEW设计了一套多物理量无线远程测控系统。设计了各传感器数据采集电路,以Z-stack协议栈为基础搭建了传感器数据终端节点与协调器节点无线数据传输网络,实现了实验装置温度、速度、振动、位移和工作载荷等物理量无线远程数据采集,输入至上位机基于LabVIEW软件开发的网络远程监控软件进行显示、记录和数据处理。实验结果表明,本文研制的测控系统能够实现多传感器远程无线数据采集、显示、数据存储、振动信号频谱分析、实验报告自动生成等功能,系统运行稳定。
In order to solve the problem that the wired transmission signal interference of the multi-physical experimental device is large and the network remote monitoring is not able to be realized,a multi-physical wireless remote measurement and control system is designed based on ZigBee and LabVIEW.With the data acquisition circuit of each sensor designed and a wireless data transmission network built between sensor data terminal node and coordinator node based on Z-stack protocol stack,the wireless remote data is realized of physical quantities such as temperature,speed,vibration,displacement and working load between the experimental devices,and input to the host computer based on the network remote monitoring software developed by LabVIEW software for display,recording and data processing.The experimental results show that the measurement and control system developed in this paper is able to realize the functions of multi-sensor remote wireless data acquisition,display,data storage,vibration signal spectrum analysis and automatic generation of experimental reports,and runs stably.
