W型空冷系统在太阳能光热电站中的应用研究

摘要 相比于传统的A型鼓风式空冷系统,W型空冷系统是一种经过改进的新型直接空冷系统。以在建中的新能源发电项目——某100 MW槽式太阳能光热电站所选用的国内首台W型空冷系统为研究对象,详细分析了W型空冷系统主要构成、结构特征、工作原理,并与传统A型空冷系统性能参数进行对比,得出升级版W型空冷系统具有节约投资成本、提高防冻能力、降低受环境风影响程度、延缓传热管腐蚀等突出特点。 The direct air cooling system directly condenses the steam exhausted by the steam turbine after it finishes its work, which can save a lot of factory water, so it is widely used in arid and water-scarce areas in my country. Compared with the traditional A-type blast air cooling system, the W-type air cooling system is an improved direct air cooling system. Taking the new energy power generation project under construction-the first domestic W-type air cooling system selected for a 100 MW trough solar thermal power plant as the research object, the main components, structural characteristics, and working principles of the W-type air cooling system were introduced in detail. Compared with the performance parameters of the traditional A-type air cooling system, it is confirmed that the upgraded version of the W-type air cooling system has the outstanding characteristics of saving investment costs, improving the air-cooling anti-freezing ability, reducing the degree of environmental wind impact, and delaying the heat transfer tube corrosion.
