液氨发红原因排查及脱色罐设置

摘要 液氨一般为无色透明液体,红色液氨影响产品外观,造成销售困难。针对液氨发红的现象,从操作参数、脱硫剂、挥发酚等方面进行了排查,未发现主要影响因素。建议增设液氨脱色罐来解决液氨发红问题,其中活性炭与脱硫剂混合装填时存在两者寿命不一致的问题,增设专用脱色罐需要增加设备流程,但可以解决活性炭与脱硫剂寿命不一致的问题,且可以控制投用时间。 Liquid ammonia is generally colorless and transparentliquid.Red liquid ammonia affects the appearance of liquid ammonia products and results in marketing difficulties of liquid ammonia.Aiming at the phenomenon of liquid ammonia turning red,the operation parameters,desulfurizer and volatile phenol were investigated,but no major influencing factors were found.It is suggested to add liquid ammonia decolorizing tank to solve the problem of red liquid ammonia.The life span of activated carbon and desulfurizer is different when they are mixed,the life span of activated carbonis shorter than that of desulfurizer.Adding liquid ammonia decoloration tank needs to increase equipments,its advantage is that it can control the operation time and solve the different life span of activated carbon and desulfurizer.
