摘要
井下节流工艺广泛应用于苏里格气田,井下节流机理及工艺研究日趋完善。然而由于节流器使用过程中存在各种类型失效,导致井下节流工艺在苏里格气田总体施工成功率不高。本文基于在役节流器结构设计缺陷、胶筒失效及气井内部环境变化等失效原因分析,设计出一种面向苏里格气田井下节流工艺的新型节流器,现场应用生产运行情况正常。
Downhole throttling technology is widely used in Sulige gas field and researches on downhole throttling mechanism and technology are improved.Due to various types of failure during the application of downhole choke,the success rate of downhole throttling technology in Sulige gas field is restricted.This article investigated a new type of downhole choke used in Sulige gas field during based on analysis of structural design defects,failure of rubber and the variation of downhole conditions.And the investigated downhole choke is well applied in Sulige gas field.
