福建省规模化鸡场禽偏肺病毒感染情况的血清学调查 被引量:8

摘要 禽偏肺病毒(aMPV)是一种危害火鸡和鸡的新病原,为调查福建省规模化鸡场aMPV的感染情况,从福州市、莆田市、泉州市、漳州市、龙岩市和南平市18个规模化鸡场采集1020份血样,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)进行aMPV抗体检测。结果表明,所调查地区的鸡群均已感染aMPV,抗体平均阳性率为62.2%(634/1020),最高100%,最低为32.0%;蛋鸡和肉鸡均可感染aMPV,蛋鸡的抗体阳性率略低于肉鸡;商品代鸡群的抗体阳性率高于父母代;京红、海兰蛋鸡和本地鸡均可感染aMPV,其中本地鸡1的抗体滴度最高;aMPV抗体的log10滴度和抗体阳性率随着鸡群周龄的增长而逐渐升高。研究表明,所调查的福建规模化鸡场鸡群已经普遍感染aMPV,且感染较严重。 Avian metapneumovirus is a new viral pathogen affecting turkeys and chickens.To investigate the prevalence of avian metapneumovirus(aMPV)in scaled chicken farms of Fujian,a total of 1020 serum samples were collected from 18 chicken farms in Fuzhou,Putian,Quanzhou,Zhangzhou,Longyan and Nanping of Fujian province.The antibody of virus was tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed that chicken from the 6 areas were infected with aMPV,the average antibody positive rate of chicken flocks was 62.2%(634/1020).The positive rate was as high as 100%and the lowest rate was 32.0%.Both laying hens and broilers were infected with aMPV,and the positive rate of laying hens was lower than that of broilers.Moreover,the positive rate of commercial generation was higher than that of parent generation.Jinghong,Hy-line laying hens and local breeds were infected with aMPV.Among them,antibody titer of one local breed was the highest.The log10 titer and antibody positive rate of aMPV increased as week age increased.These results indicated that the detected chickens in Fujian chicken farms were widely infected with aMPV,and it was severe.
