Effectiveness Evaluation of Closed-loop Management of Adverse Events Based on Informatization

摘要 目的:基于信息化建立不良事件上报、处理、反馈系统,了解不良事件闭环管理成效,根据评价结果进一步提出对策,推动医院质量持续改进。方法:通过自行设计不良事件管理调查问卷,评价干预前后结果差异。结果:不良事件满意度总评价由(3.95±1.49)分提升至(4.69±0.79)分,对院级层面不良事件管理满意度评价由(4.07±1.51)分提升至(4.29±1.01)分,科室对不良事件管理重视程度评价由(4.76±0.65)分提升至(4.88±0.48)分,参与科室组织培训率由86.15%提升至97.38%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);有16.22%医务人员曾发现不良事件没有上报,改善后降低至14.49%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:基于信息化的不良事件上报、处理、反馈流程,临床医务人员对不良事件管理满意度总体提升,但不良事件漏报仍有发生,应进一步提升医务人员不良事件报告意识。 Objective:To know the effect of adverse event management,and to improve the effect of adverse event management according to the result of adverse event management index and questionnaire.Methods:By defining the adverse event management index and statistically analyzing the difference of related results,the questionnaire of adverse event management was designed and the difference of the results before and after the survey was evaluated.Results:The total evaluation of adverse event satisfaction increased from 3.95 to 4.69,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the evaluation of hospital adverse event management satisfaction increased from 4.07 to 4.29,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the evaluation of the degree of attention to the management of adverse events was increased from 4.76 to 4.88.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The training rate of participating departments was increased from 86.15%to 97.38%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse events were found but not reported decreased from 16.22%to 14.49%,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The number of adverse events reported increased significantly,and the satisfaction of the clinical medical staff to the management of adverse events generally improved,but the omission of adverse events still occurred,so the awareness of reporting adverse events should be further enhanced.
