反硝化生物滤池在炼油污水深度处理中的工程应用 被引量:2

摘要 某石化企业炼油污水深度处理工程采用"高密度沉淀—反硝化—臭氧催化氧化—内循环BAF"的工艺流程,要求出水CODCr≤40 mg/L,TN≤25 mg/L,NH3-N≤4 mg/L,SS≤10 mg/L。文中详细介绍反硝化生物滤池的工艺原理、工艺流程、系统组成、工艺特点,分析调试运行期间反硝化系统的运行情况。结果表明,当外加相同COD当量时,乙酸钠对TN的去除效果优于葡萄糖。采取合适的反冲洗参数是保障反硝化生物滤池稳定运行的关键,周期性的反冲洗能有效降低床层阻力,恢复微生物活性。在保障反硝化生物滤池达到处理要求的前提下,核算乙酸钠和葡萄糖的药剂运行成本,分别为0.420元/(t水)和0.491元/(t水)。综合考虑技术经济性及操作安全性,乙酸钠作为该反硝化系统的碳源是较优的选择。 Deep treatment of refinery sewage in a petrochemical enterprise adopts the process of“high-density precipitation—denitrifying biological filter—ozone-catalyzed advanced oxidation—internal circulation BAF”,effluent is required to meet CODCr≤40 mg/L,TN≤25 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen≤4 mg/L,SS≤10 mg/L.Biological denitrification filter process principle,technological process,system composition,process characteristics,and analyzes the operation of denitrification system during commissioning are described in detail.Results show that when the same COD equivalent is added,the removal effect of sodium acetate on TN is better than that of glucose.Appropriate backwash parameter is the guarantee of denitrifying biological filter and stable operation of key factors.Periodic backflushing can effectively reduce bed resistance and restore microbial activity.On the premise of ensuring that denitrifying biofilter meets treatment requirements,the operating cost of calculating sodium acetate and glucose is 0.420 yuan/ton of water and 0.491 yuan/ton of water respectively.Considering economical technology and safe operation,sodium acetate is the best carbon source for denitrification system.
