常规岛低压转子叶轮槽内试环的取样加工

摘要 核电常规岛整锻低压转子的叶轮槽内大尺寸试环切取比较困难,因叶轮槽宽度小且深度较深,将试环从叶轮槽中取下也很困难。本文以常规岛整锻低压转子叶轮槽内大尺寸试环取样为例,介绍宽度较小叶轮槽内大尺寸试环的取样加工方法,保证了试环的顺利切取,提高了加工效率。 It is difficult for cutting and sampling large size testing ring inside of impeller channel of nuclear power conventional island integral forging low pressure rotor because of small width and deeper impeller channel.Taking large size testing ring sampling inside of impeller channel of the conventional island integral forging low pressure rotor as example,sampling and machining method of large size testing ring inside of impeller channel with small width have been described to guarantee smooth cutting and sampling of testing ring and improve machining efficiency.
