摘要
基于联合收割机的作业过程,阐明了其液压部件结构原理,并确定了作业部件工作状态的影响因素。利用LabVIEW软件进行了监测系统的软件设计,基于数据流思想,结合模块化设计方式对系统的登录界面、参数采集程序、数据采集卡程序进行了设计,并基于模糊综合评价法对联合收割机的工作性能进行了模糊综合评价研究。田间试验结果表明:监测系统能够在复杂多变的田间工作,且可靠性较高,满足实际使用需求。
Based on the operation process of the combine harvester,the structural principle of the hydraulic system is explained,and the influencing factors of the working state of the working component are determined.The software design of the detection system was carried out by using LabVIEW software.Based on the data flow idea,combined with the modular design method,the system login interface,parameter acquisition program and data acquisition card program were designed.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the working performance of the combine harvester was carried out.Field experiments were carried out on the designed detection system,which proved that the detection system can work in complex and variable fields,and the reliability is high,which meets the actual use requirements.
