摘要 对气吹式深松机进行田间振动试验,得到气吹式深松机整机振动信号。通过对振动信号时域与频域的信号分析,确定了气吹式深松机振动的基频为9Hz,振动的主频为19Hz。此外,由于存在柴油机与空气压缩机的倍频成分,通过相干分析,确定了柴油机与空气压缩机的振动为气吹式深松机整机振动的主要振动源。研究可为下一步气吹式深松机整机动力学分析提供依据,为后续气吹式深松铲的优化改进、整机模态分析、整机的优化减阻,以及解决深松深度不平衡等问题提供参考。 Designed field vibration test of air-blown subsoiler,Field vibration test on air-blown subsoiler,The test obtained the vibration signal of the air-blown subsoiler,Signal analysis in time and frequency domains of vibration signals,The fundamental frequency of the vibration of the air-blown subsoiler is determined to be 9Hz,the main frequency of vibration is 19Hz.In addition,there is a frequency doubling component of diesel engines and air compressors,coherent analysis,The vibration of diesel engine and air compressor was identified as the main vibration source of the whole vibration of air-blown subsoiler.Provide the basis for the next dynamic analysis of the air-blown subsoiler,optimization and improvement for subsequent air-blown deep loose shovel;modal analysis of air-blowing subsoiler;optimized drag reduction of air-blown deep loosening machine;It also provides a reference for solving the problems of imbalance of deep depth.
