摘要
为解决小区玉米摘穗时果穗损失率高、籽粒破碎高率等问题,研制了一种摘穗装置。该装置采用可调式板式摘穗机构,利用摘穗板仿形及表面喷塑处理,能够大大降低育种玉米割台摘穗过程中的果穗损失率和籽粒破碎率。室内台架试验和田间试验结果表明:该摘穗装置的果穗损失率为1.22%,籽粒破碎率为0.86%,与其他同类装置相比果穗损失率和籽粒破碎率分别降低了18%和21%。该研究为小区玉米收获割台的优化提供了有益的借鉴和理论支撑。
In order to solve the problems of high ear loss rate and high grain crushing rate during heading of Maize in residential area,a heading device was developed in this paper.The device adopts an adjustable plate-type ear-picking mechanism,which can greatly reduce the ear loss rate and the grain breakage rate during the ear-picking process of the Breeding Maize cutting table by using the shape-copying of the ear-picking plate and the surface spraying treatment.The structure parameters of the key components of the ear-picking device were analyzed theoretically.The results of indoor bench test and field test showed that the ear loss rate of the device was 1.82%and the grain breakage rate was 0.86%.Compared with other similar devices,the ear loss rate and the grain breakage rate were reduced by 18%and 21%,respectively.theoptimization of the cutting table provides useful reference and theoretical support.
