摘要
潞安李村煤矿为解决1306大采高工作面运输巷围岩控制难题,分析了软弱顶板破坏机理,确定采用锚杆索联合支护和浅部注浆孔与深部注浆锚索加固技术进行巷道围岩联合控制的方式。在长时间的巷道监测周期内,顶板最大下沉147 mm、两帮最大移近73 mm,深部和浅部离层量均在可控范围内,围岩变形的稳定期较长,整体控制效果良好。为相似情况下软弱顶板巷道控制提供参考。
By analysis of the failure mechanism of weak roof based on the engineering background of transportation roadway at 1306 working face of Licun Colliery,the paper present the combined surrounding rock control method with bolt-cable combined support and anchor-cable reinforcement by shallow grouting hole combined with deep grouting,in which the maximum roof subsidence is 147mm,the maximum displacement of two sides is nearly 73mm,and the amount of deep and shallow separation is within the controllable range with good control effect and long stability period of surrounding rock deformation,providing a reference for the control of weak-roof roadway under similar conditions.
